Bocca D’Aglio
"I Look Pale" is an atmospheric short film by BrandChild featuring Fallon Gyurko and Gabi Dipace. Director, Matthew DeLisi, envisioned this piece as a hauntingly elegant homage to vintage perfume commercials—with a vampiric twist—employing classic film techniques to achieve its distinctive mood. Our studio was commissioned to develop both the brand identity and physical packaging for the fictional fragrance featured in this darkly romantic narrative.
The perfume, which we named "Bocca D'Aglio" (Italian for "garlic mouth"—a subtle nod to vampire lore), required branding that would complement the film's gothic aesthetic.
For the visual campaign, we conceived and executed a conceptual photoshoot featuring the perfume bottle encased in a block of ice. This striking composition achieves dual symbolism: it presents the fragrance as a contemporary art object while subtly referencing the cold-blooded nature of vampiric mythology.
